Major Corporate Development

The modules of the areas corporate development, strategic management as well as human resource management form the core of the Major Corporate Development –Strategy, Organization and Human Resources. Beside the advanced seminar students can also work self-dependent on practical or scientific issues in Business Projects or Research Projects. Further issues, e.g. concerning human resource development or compensation, theories in organization and international corporate strategies allow a individual profiling. In addition there are optional modules in the areas of business and social science.

For excellent students „Master Doctoral Tracks“ provide the opportunity to start doctoral studies during the Master Programs. The Cologne Graduate School (CGS) gives further information and shows regulations for the application.
