With approximately 18,000 members from over 120 countries, the Academy of Management (AOM) is one of the leading professional associations management and organization scholars. Some 25 divisions bring together leading professors from business schools at universities, academics from related social sciences and other fields, and practitioners from a variety of fields.

We are pleased to announce that J.-Prof. Dr. Annabelle Hofer has been elected to the Executive Committee of the Careers Division of the Academy of Management. Since September 2022, Professor Hofer has been serving as a junior professor of Organizational Behavior in the Area of Corporate Development at the WiSo Faculty, where she has already achieved notable accomplishments in her field of expertise. Among three representatives, she successfully secured her position within the professional society of her research area. As the Division Representative-at-Large, J.-Prof. Dr. Annabelle Hofer assumes a significant role, actively representing the interests and concerns of the division members.

J.-Prof. Hofer will assume her position for three years starting from August 2023. We warmly congratulate her on behalf of the faculty and wish her every success.
