During the workshop you have the opportunity to delve deeply into the world of project management, specifically focused on the dynamics and complexities of mergers and acquisitions.

The workshop begins with a warm welcome and an introduction that optimally prepares you for the following content. You will learn the basics of project management and their application in M&A processes, supported by practical examples and interactive group work.
