Specialisation - Economics and Finance
The specialisation „Economics and Finance“ looks at the different stakeholders in financial markets. Students will investigate stakeholders‘ behaviour as well as their influence on prices and allocation from a macroeconomic perspective. Central aspects of the analyses, which also includes international transactions, consists of financial market imperfections, the role of monetary policy and the role of the banking sector.
The specialisation is worth 18 ECTS and consists of the modules SM Economics and Business (6 ECTS) and SM Project/Seminar Economics and Business (12 ECTS).
