Certificates can also get lost. We therefore regularly receive requests for a certified copy of the certificate. Although the Examinations Office does not have copies of the certificates, the decisive examination data of each examinee is of course available - unless mandatory data protection regulations require deletion in the meantime. Therefore, certificates reflecting the contents of the certificate are issued upon request.

Please note that the signed application for issuance of such a certificate must be accompanied by a copy of your identity card or passport containing your signature, name (if applicable, name at birth) and date of birth. For better processing, please also indicate the date of graduation as well as the degree programme.

If you do need a certified copy of your existing degree documents, please contact the WiSo Student Service Point or another office that can issue certifications, presenting the original documents.
