The first employment contract: What can I expect and what do I have to be attentive about?

The first employment contract lays the foundation for the employment relationship. But what do I have to consider so that there are no (negative) surprises later on?
Did you know for example,
- that an employment contract does not necessarily have to be in writing?
- that the employer can also transfer you to another job?
- how the individual components of a salary are made up?
In this online lecture, attorney Pauline Rust will also deal with regulations on vacation and working hours, notice periods and the possibilities of a company pension scheme. She will also discuss central questions about the job interview. Pauline Rust is a lawyer at the VAA - Führungskräfte Chemie (VAA - Chemical Executives), which is responsible for advising VFF members on employment law on behalf of the VFF e. V.
The VFF e. V. as a cross-industry association of specialists and executives is part of the largest network in Germany. Students also benefit from this network. Within the framework of their free student membership, they can make initial contacts, e.g. at events on job-related topics, and take advantage of legal advice on their first employment contract.
