Anne Brun, alumna of the WiSo faculty, has been with StepStone for over 3.5 years and will navigate you through the entire application process from the perspective of a candidate in her presentation. Starting with the search for suitable positions, through the selection to the application and finally the interview. In addition to the classic process steps that need to be completed, topics such as starting salary, use of new technologies and tips for getting started are also given.
Above all, you can benefit from important tips & tricks for your own application process and look forward to exciting insights from the world of employee searches. In addition to the lecture, there will be a large Q&A session in which all of the students' questions will be asked.
About the alumna Anne Brun:
After training as a bank clerk, Anne Brun studied business administration with a minor in economics at the WiSo faculty of the University of Cologne. Her focus was on corporate development. During her studies, Anne Brun was able to gain a lot of valuable experience through various internships and working student activities in the field of banking and consulting. After completing her studies, Anne Brun completed a management traineeship at Rhenus SE and then joined Global Key Account Management.
She has now been working for StepStone Germany for more than three and a half years and, in her capacity as Strategic Key Account Manager, advises major customers on all aspects of e-recruiting, employer branding and HR trends.
During this time, she not only gained know-how about the HR industry, but also a large network and a standing in the market. She uses both in a targeted manner in her day-to-day work in order to give her customers the best possible strategic advice and prepare them for the future.
