Sprint, backlog, product owner, scrum master - you want to apply your knowledge from the University of Cologne in a practical way? Come to our Scrum workshop and experience first-hand how agile project management works.
Scrum is one of the best known process models of agile project management. 1995 in America by Dr. Developed and presented by Jeff Sutherland & Ken Schwaber, today almost every company works with Scrum. The focus of the Scrum method is the self-organized development team, which implements the product owner's requirements in short sprints and is coached by a Scrum Master. Standardized specifications ensure that the team works effectively and production is continuously improved.
In our Scrum workshop, you will learn the practical use of agile methods in several hands-on sprints based on the "Scrum Lego® City" project and experience all phases of a project cycle. Together with your teammates and other workshop participants you build your "Scrum Lego® City". Our certified Scrum trainer team will explain the different roles and challenges of agile project management to you using the playful elaboration of the workshop.
