Changes to personal data

Since we send notification letters by post, it is important that we have a current address on file for you. An up-to-date telephone number also makes it much easier to answer any questions quickly.

We would therefore ask you to use KLIPS 2.0 to keep your address and telephone number up to date. If you go to the “Studium” section of your “Visitenkarte” in KLIPS 2.0, you will find an option with which to manage your student/home address (“Studien-/Heimatadresse”). You can save your current address and telephone number there and change them whenever necessary. We will send any post to the correspondence address (“Studienadresse”) stored there.
The registrar’s office (“Studierendensekretariat”) must be informed of any changes to your name.
