DBi Germany is a short programme offered exclusively for (E)MBA students from our partner universities, designed to offer insights into particular industry sectors. Exploring the Future of Mobility in the energy landscape, students will have the opportunity to study how the German automotive sector and the German sustainable transport industry intertwine while simultaneously gaining detailed insight into each area. Following an integrated programme model with two dedicated tracks, students will visit some partners together while exploring each topic in more detail with their group or track. The programme combines academic and practical content in a unique way, enabling students to witness theory being put into practice on site.
This 12-day programme includes networking opportunities with institutions and companies where students gather first-hand information about current challenges and prospects. Students will learn in detail about international corporate strategy, sustainable business practices, implications of EU policies, lobbying, digital transformation, leadership and communication from a German perspective. Simultaneously, they will build their international network by working closely with fellow students from around the world.
In the sustainable transportation track, students will gain a comprehensive overview of the German energy sector and its role in the EU. In the automotive track, students will gain an insight into the automotive industry - from today and into the future. Both tracks will benefit from visits to and from energy & car manufacturers, start-ups and policy makers.
Participation is exclusive to (E)MBA students from partner institutions after successful nomination. If you are interested in participating, please contact your home institution's international office.
