After two exciting info sessions, we will now continue with the topic "Finding an internship and career planning": Why are internships and company contacts important? Where can I find an exciting internship? And what is the best way to apply? We will provide you with information on all aspects of career prospects, internships and CV checks. We will also introduce you to our alumni network, where you can already benefit from numerous contacts.

For a long time, we were only available by email or telephone. For a few weeks now, all students have again the opportunity to ask their questions about preparing applications for the recognition of external credits in a personal meeting on site. 
You can book an appointment directly via the link on our website. The consultation hour currently takes place every Tuesday from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm at the WiSo Student Service Point, WiSSPo B in room 0.303 (in the WiSo-Flachtrakt).

Important to know: We cannot give you expert advice on which modules you can choose for credit transfer. It is entirely up to you to decide which module constellations should be examined. Please contact the WiSSPo team directly if you have any questions about credit transfer in the Studium Integrale area.

Do you have a migration background? You are eager to actively contribute to shaping society and intrigued by a career in federal administration? You now have the opportunity to apply for a three-month, paid internship within one of the various federal ministries through the "Diversity in Office" (Vielfalt im Amt: ViA) program.

Beyond the chance to shadow roles in federal ministries, ViA project participants engage in an assessment process and a support program that includes additional training and networking events, constituting 20 percent of their time (one day per week).

Submit your application and kick off your job shadowing experience as well as involvement in the ViA program in April 2024. The application period concludes on 31st December 2023.
