Start anny via the

• anny app (Tip! Link to App Store / Google Play) or the
• website anny.eu

Select ‘Login with SSO’ (or ‘Continue with SSO’ in the anny app) and enter one of the following domains in the field ‘Internet address of your organisation’:

• Members of the UoC enter uni-koeln.de and then log in with their university account.
• External persons (students from other universities, private individuals) enter ub.uni-koeln.de and log in with their library card number and the password they have been assigned.

All bookable resources can be found in the app under ‘Explore’ and on the website under ‘Discover’.

You can find study spaces and rooms in the anny app via the 'Explore' tab, on the website via the 'WiSo Uzk' or 'WiSo Faculty' button.
 

1. Select a study space category or a group study room at the desired location.
2. Choose 'Book Now' to select the period and place or room number. You can select from a list or a map.
3. Confirm your booking by clicking the 'Complete' or 'Book Now' button.
