anny - the new booking system for the WiSo Faculty
Launched in March 2025, anny offers students easy, central access to WiSo services, including
- study spaces and group study rooms,
- advice appointments at the WiSo Student Service Point (WiSSPo), and
- course appointments at the WiSo Teaching Library.

Download the anny app
Open anny via the
- anny app (Tip! Link to Appstore / Google Play) or the
- website https://uni.koeln/AMWVF
You can log in via Shibboleth with your student or personal account.
Not redirected to Shibboleth?
Then go to 'Login with SSO' and enter the domain uni-koeln.de in the field 'Internet address of your organisation'.
Book study spaces
You can find study spaces and rooms in the anny app via the 'Explore' tab, on the website via the 'WiSo Uzk' or 'WiSo Faculty' button.
- Select a study space category or a group study room at the desired location.
- Choose 'Book Now' to select the period and place or room number. You can select from a list or a map.
- Confirm your booking by clicking the 'Complete' or 'Book Now' button.
Book appointments for study advice
We as WiSo study advisors offer orientation and competent guidance in every phase of your degree programme which is always goal-oriented and open-ended.
From the start of your studies to graduation, we support you in organising your studies independently and on your own responsibility.
All advisory services are offered in one place in the faculty - at the WiSo Student Service Point (WiSSPo).
