Yoga against stress and for more energy to prepare for exams
The exam phase is approaching and this often brings with it an increased level of stress and tension. In order to support you in your preparation and at the same time increase your energy, we cordially invite you to our special event.
This event offers you the opportunity to take a break, take a deep breath and calm your mind. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will be guided by a yoga teacher to learn various breathing techniques and yoga exercises that will help you reduce stress and increase your energy.
Yoga is not just a physical exercise, but also a mental and spiritual practice that can help you calm your thoughts and improve your concentration. By practicing yoga regularly, you can strengthen your stress management skills and start the exam phase with new energy.
Regardless of whether you are an experienced yogi or want to try yoga for the first time, this event is open to everyone and offers space for relaxation, mindfulness and self-reflection.
Please bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat and a bottle of water.
