Dear future graduates, 

It will soon be that time again! The very last exams are being written, Bachelors and Masters theses are being submitted and plans for the future are being forged. To celebrate your graduation in style, we have a special opportunity for you: On June 28, 2025 you will get your certificates in a festive ceremony. Afterwards, we invite you to a champagne reception, and in the evening you can dance the night away at our big after show party.

Please note that an invitation to the party does not automatically entitle you to attend the certificate ceremony. In order to attend the graduation ceremony, you have to order a (free) ticket. 

According to the Examinations Office, those whose last examination results were received in the period from 14th December 2024 to 30th May 2025 are eligible for the graduation ceremony..

On 1st May 2025 presale for the graduation ceremony and also the after show party will begin via the website of the wiso student concil.

if you want to go down in history as the very first recipient of the WiSo Ethics Award, you should aim to submit your work by early April to ensure your nomination.

In summer term 2025, the ProfessionalCenter offers numerous practical and job-related soft skill trainings as well as trainings for your studies. Bachelor's students receive 3 credit points for successful participation as part of the Studium Integrale. Master's and teacher training students can have their participation credited in the extracurricular programme.

Enrich your studies with practical experience: In Service Learning seminars, you look beyond your own discipline, learn new knowledge and apply it directly to civil society practice. In cooperation with a non-profit organization, you will work on a valuable project task in the seminar - with a team of students from all faculties. Your seminar group will be supported by experienced teachers: Combine theoretical learning with interdisciplinary teamwork and social commitment.

There are 14 seminars to choose from in summer term 2025 - you can still secure a place in one of the following:

• "Zukunft startet gestern. Marketingkampagne gegen das Vergessen.“ in Kooperation mit dem Bundesverband Information und Beratung für NS-Verfolgte e.V.
• "Freiwilligendilemma im echten Leben? Bindung von Mitarbeitenden in Non-Profit Organisationen“ in Kooperation mit köllektiv eG
• "Leben ohne Hunger – ein Menschenrecht in Gefahr? Fallbeispiele aus dem Globalen Süden als Mapstories" in Kooperation mit FIAN Deutschland e.V.

Improve Your Case Study Skills and Connect with Top Consulting Firms - Application Deadline on the 13th April 2025!

We, the case.study.course team, are a student association at the University of Cologne. Our goal is to provide motivated students with the opportunity to enhance their case study skills and present their results with confidence. Our events take place every semester and offer exciting insights into the work, culture, employees, and application processes of five leading consulting firms.

This semester, we have sessions planned with the following companies:
