WiSo Examinations Boards

Tasks

The WiSo Faculty’s Examinations Board is responsible for all of the main aspects of the examination procedure

  • for the bachelor programmes in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, Economics with Social Sciences and Information Systems,
  • for the master programmes in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, International Management, Political Science, Sociology and Empirical Research, Sociology and Social Research and Economic Education and,
  • in its capacity as examinations board for WiSo subjects, for programmes with an education component.

The Examinations Board meets regularly, twice per term (at the beginning and end of term).

The Examinations Board’s day-to-day business is conducted by the Chair of the Board in close cooperation with the Examination Office. The Chair and Deputy Chair should only be contacted via the Examination Office.
We would ask you not to call or write to the department/institute in question. Often, they are not in a position to provide adequate information about requests and queries that have been made because they do not have access to the examination records or other data.
