ALGENFELS is an innovative startup that revolves around the topic of microalgae and their use for food. Originating from the biotech startup phytolinc, ALGENFELS would like to use the enormous nutrient potential of the small green protozoa in an optimal and customized way. It all started with gin from microalgae as a Christmas gimmick.
