Of the 25 most frequently downloaded articles in the renowned International Journal of Research in Marketing in the 90-day period (November 2021 - January 2022), six articles alone were written by WiSo researchers. This speaks for the topicality of the academic marketing research of the WiSo faculty and the high relevance of the topics studied in the marketing department of the WiSo faculty of the University of Cologne.
Not least, we feel encouraged by this to continue on our chosen path and to further advance the integrated package of strategic initiatives to achieve our strategic goals, which are summarised in our strategic development plan. As one of the largest and most renowned faculties of economics and social sciences, WiSo is addressing the major challenges our world is facing in research and teaching and with active knowledge transfer.
