I cannot not communicate. And often, communication goes wrong. In this workshop, we will explore the basics of conflict management and communication. We will learn tools to handle difficult conversations constructively—whether in university, group work, or personal life. Using concrete examples, we will see how to apply these skills to our daily lives. Participation and sharing your own experiences are highly encouraged!
