Survey: Equality in the work environment
Dear fellow students,
As part of my Master's thesis “Breaking the Glass Ceiling or Reinforcing It? The Role of Information on Gender Leadership Representation in Shaping Career Expectations”, I am investigating how students and young professionals perceive information about gender distribution in leadership positions and whether this affects their expectations regarding their own career paths. The aim is to gain a better understanding of how gender equality in the workplace can be promoted.
The survey is anonymous and takes only 7 minutes to complete.
You can access the survey via the following link: https://unikoelnwiso.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8eujjfM558KZY7I
