The telecommunications market is always on the move - just like the Center Strategic Projects! As Telekom's in-house consultancy, they develop innovative solutions to make sure that Deutsche Telekom is also successfully positioned in the future. Their mission has two elementary components:

1. Strategic consulting & group transformation

As the trusted advisor to Telekom’s top management, they accompany the most important transformation projects and move DT forward. At that succeeds with a manpower of approx. 60-70 consultants, with good ideas, coherent concepts and the motivation to want to help shape and change a Fortune 100 Group. With profound knowledge of the market, technologies and future developments, they meet the needs of their customers.

2. Executive development

In addition to strategy consulting, the CSP's business mission is to develop executives within the Group. Therefore, they offer their consultants a fast-track career path aimed at developing leaders as well as a variety of trainings and further development options.
