Study tour with focus on the German Energy or automobile market

Doing Business in Germany (DBi Germany) is a course concept in cooperation with the Faculty of Management, Economics and Social Sciences of the University of Cologne.

In 2017 DBi Germany offers two different programmes: the first DBi course focusses on the German energy sector and the second one on the German automotive sector.

The DBi Germany courses are an excellent opportunity to become acquainted with the characteristics and specificities of German business practices within these dynamic sectors. It combines academic and practical content in a unique way so that you can witness theory being put into practice directly on-site.

During the 12-day programmes (50 contact hours each), participants visit institutions, companies and hear expert talks to receive first-hand information about the current challenges and prospects of the industries from a German perspective. They learn in detail about international corporate strategy, implications of EU policies, lobbying as well as digital transformation, leadership and communication
