Personal Leadership Development programme
For todays managers not only business expertise is important. You also need to show soft skills such as communicative competence, conflict ability and the ability to motivate personnel. The Personal Leadership Development programme puts the way you act in business under the microscope so you can reflect on how you operate at the personal and professional levels, while discovering and applying new theories and ideas. We support you with individual coachings and intensive workshops.
International study trip
Part of the Cologne-Rotterdam EMBA curriculum are two international study trips. During these trips (each is one week) you will expand your understanding of business in a significantly different socioeconomic and cultural environment. A typical week consists of lectures, in-class discussions and visits to local enterprises for a deep insight into local business and social culture.
In previous years the study trips have visited Brazil, China, Costa Rica, Italy, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States.
