This and other key questions are the focus of this practice-oriented training workshop.

You will learn which factors are decisive in salary negotiations and why it is not enough to simply name a salary range. The focus is on the entire negotiation process—from the first contact with your potential employer to the structured presentation of your own added value to proven strategic approaches, such as staggered negotiations.

All content is developed using concrete examples and reinforced in exercises. The aim of the workshop is to prepare you specifically for salary negotiations and to strengthen your negotiating skills in the long term.
