This session is about getting to know your inner career compass better: what drives you, gives you direction, and influences how you come across to others.

Instead of job application tips or self-optimization, you'll get guidance:
What's important to you? What do you want to stand for? And why does self-presentation sometimes feel right – and sometimes not?

Silke B. Kargl shows how values and inner orientation influence how you speak, come across, and are perceived. You will gain insights into why presence is not created, but found – and why it makes sense to sort things out internally before refining your pitch.

A brief look at the PEP® method (Process and Embodiment Focused Psychology) shows how to deal constructively with inner tensions when things get serious – for example, in a job interview.

The session focuses on:

• Purpose: What drives you? What gives you direction?
• Pitch: How do you summarize what you have to offer?
• Presence: How do you stay true to yourself when it matters?

The session is a compact introduction—not a training course or a participatory format, but a space for reflection that provides orientation.
