This July, we invite you to join a Mindful Yoga Session during lunchtime on campus. Take a moment to breathe, arrive in the present, and clear your mind.

Gentle movements, mindful breathing, and a short pause just for you can help you recharge and find your balance again – right in the middle of the busy semester.

Come by, roll out your mat, and give yourself a well-deserved break.

Please bring your own yoga mat.
