Data protection
You enter your personal data voluntarily and you agree that it will be saved by the WiSo Student Services. The access to the data is granted only to the employees of WiSo Student Services. Your personal data will be used only to process your enquiry and will not be disclosed to third parties. The legal requirements of DSGVO, DSGNW, BDSG are maintained.
The data you voluntarily enter in these forms will be transferred in the data base of our web content management system and forwarded as email to our internal ticket system. The general Data Protection Statement of the University of Cologne is valid without restrictions. Your enquiry will be deleted after 2 years from our ticket system.

For data protection reasons, UoC students can only use their s-mail address.
After successfully sending the e-mail enquiry, you will receive an automatic reply including a ticket number.
PDF documents that cannot be changed: Before uploading, make sure that no fields in the documents can be changed. You can use a PDF printer, for example.
