We think in the future and ultimately strive for a positive impact on the world. The commitment to diversity, equal opportunities and gender equality is a core part of the strategic development of the WiSo Faculty. It helps ensure that our students, academic staff and professional services staff are well prepared to thrive in an increasingly diverse and interconnected world.
We focus on several key areas, all centred on people. Our main aims are to improve communication, increase visibility, enhance transparency, and support empowerment and networking.
