Use the persolog Personality Profile for yourself and your career
The seminar with workshop character focuses on the persolog Personality Profile, which is based on the DISC Model of Prof. John G. Geier. With the help of the profile one can gain insight into one's own strengths and weaknesses without great psychological knowledge and thereby gain a better understanding of oneself and one's fellow human beings.
- Which strengths and weaknesses are associated with it? Which people are always difficult for me?
- How can I learn to deal with them better? Which tasks suit me?
- Where are my strengths? What is difficult for me?
- What are important needs for myself? What are the needs of others?
- How can I adapt my communication to different personalities?
The model is helpful in both private and professional contexts, as it strengthens communication skills, supports the user in overcoming conflicts and gives advice on what kind of profession suits you best. In addition to the differentiated self-reflection, one can learn something about personality styles and typical challenges in dealing with others, which can be advantageous for job interviews and assessment centers, for example.
