The Assessment Center (AC) is increasingly used for the selection of junior staff. Those who receive an invitation to do so should prepare themselves thoroughly and familiarize themselves with the most important tasks.
An AC consists of various exercises such as interviews, individual and group exercises or personality tests. These serve to observe and evaluate your behavior in different contexts. This will assess whether, for example, you are communicative, team-oriented, creative or assertive.
Your possible leadership and development potential as well as your handling of stress are also frequently analyzed. In our online training we simulate a typical AC with you to familiarize you with the process and the situation.
You take part in various exercises and get to know the AC in practice. After the exercises we will give you feedback on your performance. During the online workshop, you will have the opportunity to interact with us. You should have a headset for this purpose. Alternatively, you can also use the chat to ask your questions and make comments. If you have a webcam, you are invited to join via video.
Contents of the online seminar:

- Background information on the AC (goals, process, role of observers, evaluation)
- Suggestions for personal preparation for an AC
- Discussion and training of different AC tasks such as role-plays, presentation tasks, mail basket exercises
- Tips for solving various AC exercises
- Rules of conduct: Dealing with AC participants and assessors
- Feedback from the trainer
