Trainee Program for International Financial Management (IFM):

The IFM Trainee Program offers career opportunities with a wide spectrum of insights into Bayer’s financial and business management activities world-wide:

• Controlling: 18-month trainee program familiarizing with our product portfolio and developing a sound understanding of the Bayer business - how the entire value chain is created and preserved, and how numbers and business issues are interlinked. Includes a stay abroad of two to three months.

• Accounting: 18-month trainee program covering all functional areas in our global accounting organization, experiencing the accounting processes in all stages first-hand as well as the related functions of our Finance Community. Includes a stay abroad of two to three months.

• Finance: 18-month trainee program providing a comprehensive overview of all main functional areas with focus on corporate finance, corporate treasury, corporate financial controlling and asset management pensions.

• Internal Audit: 18-month trainee program covering far more than the typical activity spectrum of an auditing company, comprising a broad range of business and supporting functions and including a stay abroad in our Internal Audit Hubs in China, USA or Brazil.

Bayer Business Consulting is a leading in-house consultancy and partner of choice for Bayer in providing management consulting for the Bayer Group companies around the globe.
